Getting Started

  • What resources are available to TLB members?

As a TLB member, you gain access to:

  • Weekly coaching calls for personalized guidance.

  • A WhatsApp channel for real-time support and connection.

These resources are designed to help you grow, connect, and succeed within the TLB community.

  • How can I access TLB Weekly Masterclass and Coaching Calls?

You’ll receive a calendar invite for the weekly Zoom Masterclass, held every Thursday at 4 pm EST and the weekly Coaching Call, held every Monday at 3pm EST. Bobby will also do random ad hoc coaching ‘office hours’ in the mornings, which will be announced on the WhatsApp group. If you don’t see the invites, we will also send them out via email each week and announce it in our private LinkedIn group. Please check your calendar or contact TLB support for further assistance.

  • How can I invite others to join the TLB Club? (Become a Member, Join a Masterclass, Promoting TLB)

There are 3 main ways to do this:

  1. You can personally invite others to join the TLB Club by reaching out via email or direct message (DM) and share the website link. https://thoughtleadershipbranding.club/ 

  2. You can create a post to talk about the TLB Club on LinkedIn or other social media platforms. We can provide you with images, video, and copy if you need, or you can create something on your own. 

    1. We actually give new members a special image with their face, the logo, and the copy for “I’m In!” that you can use and we will also promote across our channels.

  3. You can invite a contact to our Zoom Masterclass, held every Thursday at 4 pm EST, via this link: https://thoughtleadershipbranding.club/events/ 

    1. Remember, they can attend up to 2 free sessions before deciding to join as a member.  Then you should follow-up with them to see what they thought of it.

  4. If they’re still interested, but not sure, you can get them to book a short 15-min call with Bobby here: https://link.theiconicceo.com/widget/bookings/bobbys/15min

Remind them of the amazing value they get as it is currently $39/mth or $397/yr. And if they sign up for an annual membership, they get an automatic 30-min consult with Bobby Umar.

  • How do I access Thought Leadership Branding (TLB) images?

  • How can guests attend the TLB Club Events?

Guests are welcome to attend up to 2 Zoom sessions before deciding to join as a member. Simply share the guest registration link with them, which is on our website’s event page: UPCOMING EVENTS

Referrals and Promotions

  • What do I get for referring a new member?

 

We have a special promotion for TLB members — if you refer 3 new Annual Members, you will receive a $500 bonus.

For any individual referrals leading to a Monthly Membership, you’ll receive $50 if the member stays for at least 3 months.

To ensure you’re credited with the referral bonus, make sure to:

  • Alternatively, they can inform us via email or DM that you referred them after they’ve signed up.

 

Once confirmed, you will be notified, and your bonus will be processed. This process ensures accurate tracking of referrals and timely processing of your bonus.

 

  • How can I promote my own events, partner with the TLB Club, and use the TLB logo for promotion?

You can promote and partner with the TLB Club for your events through the following methods:

  • TLB Sponsored Events

    • Feature your events (e.g., audio rooms, live streams, networking events, Zoom trainings) on the TLB Weekly Events Calendar, social media channels, and the website.

    • Contact Melanie Mitchell Wexler for assistance. She will provide you with the appropriate TLB logo and explain what’s needed in return for featuring your event.

    • Always mention the TLB Club in your event description to maximize exposure.

  • Weekly LinkedIn Post

    • Every Monday, you can post your events and creations in the comments of the weekly post within the private LinkedIn Group.

  • Weekly Wins Sharing

    • Share your events and successes in the weekly wins to gain visibility among club members.

  • TLB Logo Usage

    • You are welcome to use the TLB Club logo for your event promotion. Be sure to announce that the event is hosted by the TLB Club and tag TLB in your posts. Always include a mention of the club in your event descriptions.

By partnering with TLB, your events will also benefit from promotion through social media, newsletters, and the TLB Events Calendar.

You get this for $39/mth and no contract commitment. So you can leave after one month of trying it out. You just need to login to your account to do this. Remember though, you can leverage TLB Club in many ways, don’t be afraid to ask for help on how.

  • Can I Give A Testimonial?

YES! We love getting testimonials. You can write one or record a video or BOTH. Send them to us and we will post some on the website and do an entire promotion across our channels to feature you and TLB Club. You are also welcome to post on your own, tag us, and we will still use it.

Trainings and Sessions

  • How do I get the recordings of the training sessions?

If you miss a session, these are also emailed to you and posted weekly in the private LinkedIn Group, so you can catch up anytime.  

We have created a private ‘Vault‘ that has all the TLB Club Zoom masterclasses, where you can access it with an email and password. You can access it through this link to set your access. Watch the video to learn how to use it and search the library.

  • Can I get personalized coaching from Bobby Umar?

Bobby offers personalized coaching sessions every Monday at 3 pm EST through a weekly Zoom call. During these sessions, he provides support on projects, presentations, branding, and other professional needs, answering all questions directly.

Community Engagement

  • How can I ensure I stay updated with TLB activities?

To stay updated with TLB activities:

  • You’ll receive weekly recap emails and regular updates in the private LinkedIn Group.

  • For more casual updates and ongoing conversations, join the WhatsApp channel.

The private LinkedIn Group is designed for:

  • Engaging in longer discussions, asking for detailed feedback, and sharing wins.

  • Participating in the Weekly Goals posts on Mondays and the Share Your Wins posts on Fridays.

  • Getting something reviewed, setting goals, or providing real-time feedback on other members’ questions and goals.

  • How do I share my wins or events in the TLB community?

You can connect with fellow TLB members through the LinkedIn Group, WhatsApp channel, and during the weekly Zoom training sessions. These platforms are built for collaboration and support. We encourage you to take the initiative—connect, schedule time to get to know each other, collaborate, support one another, and introduce them to your network and beyond.

  • What is the posting etiquette for the TLB Club’s LinkedIn Group and WhatsApp channel?

 

To ensure a positive and collaborative environment in both the LinkedIn Group and WhatsApp channel, we ask all members to follow these simple posting guidelines:

  • Always seek approval from leadership before sharing any promotional posts or links.

  • Promotional content without prior approval should not be posted in WhatsApp or LinkedIn.

  • Engage with other members’ posts and offer feedback before promoting your own content.

  • Share value-driven content, ask questions, and participate in discussions to foster community engagement.

  • Use  WhatsApp for quick, casual conversations, while using LinkedIn for more detailed discussions and feedback.

By following these guidelines, we can maintain a supportive and engaging space for all members.

  • How do I manage my account membership?

Once you are logged in, you can manage their account, including, updating your credit card or canceling your subscription. Remember you are required to manage this and give us 5 business days notice if you have trouble or need support. We will not issue refunds if you forget.
